He is Post Graduate In Law and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (‘ICSI’). His area of practice includes corporate and commercial laws, international business transactions, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market & Securities Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Laws, He has drafted and successfully negotiated several commercial contracts viz., Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Loan Contracts, Technology Transfer Agreements, Employment Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, and Non
Disclosure Agreements, Service Contracts and various transactional based commercial contracts. He regularly appears before specialized tribunals including, NCLT, Company Law Board, Regional Director MCA, RBI, and Labour Laws.
He is also a registered Trade Marks & Copyright Attorney. He has extensively travelled and fluent in English and Hindi
