Piyush Mishra is a chartered accountant from 2007 batch. He has worked with Mazars India during 2007 -08. He started his corporate career with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2008. He worked for nine years in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in various areas. He Joined Himanshu Kharbanda and Co. in 2017. Apart from audit, he shares rich experience in financial modelling and decision making. He is a GST consultant for various organizations.

Mukul Mohan qualified CA in 2007 and has acquired an excellent command of Auditing & Accounting processes. He has excellent experience and vast knowledge in Accounting & Auditing fields especially in conducting risk-basedaudits. He assists clients in accounting and compliance related issues.

Vivek Kumar heads the Firm’s Assurance and Corporate Law Practice and has over 10 years of experience in conducting variety of audit for varied clients. He has vast experience in Auditing, Due diligence and company law matters. Wherein managing Audit comprising of:- a) Service Industries b) Infrastructure Companies c) Manufacturing Industries d) NBFCs. Covered complete arena of finalization from statutory audit to preparation of Consolidate and standalone Balance Sheet in adherence to Accounting Standards, Note on accounts, Accounting policies, Management representation, Auditors Report etc. Preparing Tax Audit Report, Tax Computation.

He is Post Graduate In Law and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI'). His area of practice includes corporate and commercial laws, international business transactions, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market & Securities Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Laws, He has drafted and successfully negotiated several commercial contracts viz., Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Loan Contracts, Technology Transfer Agreements, Employment Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, and Non Disclosure Agreements, Service Contracts and various transactional based commercial contracts. He regularly appears before specialized tribunals including, NCLT, Company Law Board, Regional Director MCA, RBI, and Labour Laws. He is also a registered Trade Marks & Copyright Attorney. He has extensively travelled and fluent in English and Hindi
