Managing Partner

Piyush Mishra is a chartered accountant from 2007 batch. He has worked with Mazars India during 2007 -08. He started his corporate career with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2008. After gaining rich corporate experience, he joing PHMG and Associates. He comes with vast experience in designing and establishing system control. He has expertise in Management Consultancy, Management and Internal Audit. He is GST consultant for various organizations.

Mukul Mohan (FCA, B.Com)

Team Member

Mukul Mohan qualified CA in 2007 and has acquired an excellent command of Auditing & Accounting processes. He has excellent experience and vast knowledge in Accounting & Auditing fields especially in conducting risk-basedaudits

Vivek Kumar (FCA, B.Com(H))

Team Member

Vivek Kumar heads the Firm’s Assurance and Corporate Law Practice and has over 10 years of experience in conducting variety of audit for varied clients. He has vast experience in Auditing, Due diligence and company law matters

Pathik Teja (Cs )

Team Member

He is Post Graduate In Law and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI'). His area of practice includes corporate and commercial laws, international business transactions, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market & Securities Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Laws, He has drafted and successfully negotiated several commercial contracts viz.
